Barbra Gilman is the original creator of the Conscious Parenting Workshop, the principle conductor of Conscious Relationship Coaching and Conscious Parenting Coaching, and co-author of the E-book  product on this site, entitled, “How We Make The Movies Of Our Lives: The Conscious View of Parenting.” Click here to learn more.

 

Denise Hale is the co-author and instructional designer of the E-book product on this site, entitled, “How We Make The Movies Of Our Lives: The Conscious View of Parenting.” Denise received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Science in Instructional Systems Technology, both from Florida State University. She has served in various performance technology capacities throughout her career, working with a great variety of subject matter for a great variety of clients, including Blockbuster Entertainment, Motorola, Ryder, Eli Lilly, Sears, SERVE (a non-profit serving the early childhood professional community), Illinois Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Florida Department of Children and Families, Florida Department of Corrections, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Georgia Academy for Children and Youth. Denise’s skills include performance assessment, process design, training needs analysis and assessment, instructional design and development, and evaluation. Finally, and above all, Denise is the mother of two girls, six and four years old.

Connection From Conception

Each and every one of us is connected on a higher level. We can take this concept to a deeper level and say, from the moment of conception both mom and dad are connected to their child. Their child feels them on every level—mind, body, spirit.

 

• Our words, thoughts and actions have energy - and this affects your child. It is important for us to nurture and honor the bond we have with our child. To embrace this and be in awareness of the energy that we are sending as well as receiving with our child is very important. As you smile, your child can feel that. Living in the moment brings this awareness to a new level.
• Children are complete when they come here on this earth, they should be nurtured in that way—as powerful, capable, knowledgeable humans. Believe in the child and watch the miracles happen. Treat them with respect and love. This is a paradigm shift we need to create so that each child can obtain his/her own dream. This will create a sense of oneness and a positive, strong self-image!  We can BE the difference for them!

 

Ritu Pasrija has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her Masters in Early Childhood Education. Ritu has plans in the works to open a preschool with the academic aim of a fully integrated curriculum and the social philosophy that the child is already complete and capable, worthy of honor and respect in every moment. Ritu has a great deal of experience working with children in various settings, including preschools, hospitals, and Montessori programs. She also has an extensive public appearance resume, and has many certifications, including those in mentoring, hypnotherapy, meditation, yoga, and Reiki healing, just to name a few. In addition to being a Conscious Parenting trainer, Ritu currently mentors young adults and teaches in spiritual settings.
